Group runs take place every Wednesday at 19:00 and Sunday at 9:30, starting at Cupp (Kanaalweg). The format is simple: runners go out for 15 minutes and return the same way, so everyone finishes together.
There is no sign-up required, and many runners stay afterward for coffee and the club’s well-known free banana bread, creating a relaxed and welcoming community atmosphere.
