What can you expect?
Warm-up with HIIT: Before we get started, we begin with a 15-minute HIIT workout to activate the body.
Group run:
Distance: 6 to 8 km Pace: 6:15 to 7:15 min/km Consideration for all participants – the pace is set so that conversation is possible Variety in training: To keep the run sessions engaging, we regularly include different running elements:
Running drills Fartlek runs Strides and more Running with music: During selected sessions, we are accompanied by motivating beats for extra energy and fun while running!
Cool-down & stretching: After the run, we finish the session with targeted stretching exercises.
Requirements: A basic level of fitness is required – you should be able to jog 8 km continuously. Participation is at your own risk. The coaches assume no liability. During the darker time of the year, a headlamp or similar is mandatory. Join us!

Was erwartet dich?

Gemeinsames Laufen:
Distanz: 6 bis 8 km Tempo: Pace 6:15 bis 7:15 min/km Rücksichtnahme auf alle Teilnehmer*innen – es wird so gelaufen, dass Unterhaltungen möglich sind Abwechslung im Training: Zur Gestaltung des Lauftreffs integrieren wir regelmäßig verschiedene Laufelemente:
Lauf-ABC Fahrtenspiele Steigerungsläufe u.v.m. Laufen mit Musik: Bei ausgewählten Einheiten begleiten uns motivierende Beats – für noch mehr Energie und Spaß beim Laufen!
Cool-down & Dehnung: Nach dem Lauf schließen wir die Einheit mit gezielten Dehnübungen ab.
Voraussetzungen: Eine gewisse Grundkondition ist erforderlich – du solltest in der Lage sein 8 km am Stück joggen zu können. Teilnahme auf eigene Gefahr. Die Trainer*in übernehmen keine Haftung. Während der dunkleren Jahreszeit Stirnlampe o.ä. zwingend erforderlich. Sei dabei!

Isartrail Runners
They meet every second Wednesday at the Naturefriends House near Thalkirchen, with seasonal start times. From September to December 2025, sessions run either at 19:00 or 18:30, plus one Saturday outing to Tegernsee. Each run covers about 10–12 km at a manageable pace, and the group sometimes splits into two pace groups.
Professional trail runner Sandra Saitner leads the sessions, adding mobility work, technique drills and practical coaching tips. The focus is on enjoying the trails, improving skills and ending the day with a positive, active break.
With scenic routes, a supportive coach and a welcoming atmosphere, Isartrail Runners is a great way to connect with Munich’s trail community.

They usually meet on Tuesday evenings for a roughly 10 km route, usually starting from central Berlin. The crew splits into pace groups so runners of different speeds can find a comfortable spot, making it accessible for both steady cruisers and newer runners who prefer an easier rhythm.
Routes often weave through iconic parts of the city, mixing urban scenery with relaxed pacing and a supportive group dynamic. The sessions are structured enough to feel purposeful yet friendly enough for anyone to drop in without pressure.
Run Pack Berlin has a strong community element. They often hang out after runs, support each other at races, and travel together as a crew. Their culture is built on connection, inclusivity and shared experiences rather than performance or competition.
A warm atmosphere, flexible pacing and a strong sense of togetherness make Run Pack Berlin one of the most approachable and enjoyable running crews in the city.

They follow a scenic route toward Treptower Park and keep the vibe friendly and open, marathon runners, beginners, anyone can jump in. You can pick a 5k or 10k, and the runs usually comes with good conversations and a relaxed mood. They finish things off back at the café with a well-earned coffee.
