On Tuesday evenings, Tom leads a beginner friendly 3 km session where runners move at whatever pace feels right. The final Tuesday of each month ends with a shared meal chosen by the group, strengthening the social side of the club.
Morning runs finish with coffee and a treat at Mascavado, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. With approachable workouts and a strong sense of community, Stride Run Club is a great entry point for anyone looking to run in Adelaide.

Their weekly rhythm is solid. Wednesday mornings are at Doncaster Track for quality work. Thursday nights roll through the CBD for a relaxed social run along the Yarra. Fridays are the 7 AM’ers at Elgar Park followed by coffee. Saturdays are for parkrun at Gardiners Creek. Sundays are dedicated to long runs with clear pace groups and post run brunch.
The culture is friendly, supportive and very team oriented. They celebrate milestones, show up at major races across Australia and put effort into helping each other improve. If you want a welcoming club with structure, variety and a strong community vibe, MRC is a great match.

Their weekly schedule hits everything from 5K socials to speed sessions, soft sand runs and Sunday long runs with their signature dip n sip. The routes roll along some of the most beautiful coastline in the east and the community atmosphere is strong. If you want a run club where nobody gets left behind and the hangout after the run is as important as the run itself, this is your crowd.
