Red Run Club
Members meet weekly near the Imperial Palace for structured sessions including intervals, pace runs, and time trials, all designed around individual target races. The club attracts runners who enjoy focused training, clear goals, and a strong team identity.
Namban Rengo
Namban Rengo
Their main weekly session is a structured interval workout every Wednesday at 19:15 at Oda Field in Yoyogi Park, with easy access from Harajuku, Shibuya and Meiji-Jingumae stations. These workouts are geared toward runners who want focused training and consistent improvement, but they remain open to a range of paces.
Namban Rengo also holds periodic 5 km time trials, shares race reports and provides helpful resources such as running routes and sports injury clinics in Tokyo. The club offers a steady, race-oriented training environment for runners who want structured sessions and a committed community.
080TOKYO
080TOKYO
The crew hosts a weekly run every Monday at 8:10 pm in Yoyogi Park. The environment is friendly and accessible, and anyone can join regardless of experience level. On Saturdays at 9:00 am, they run the Saturday Club, a relaxed and social sub-group described as the brotherhood of 080TOKYO. These sessions highlight cultural exploration, community well-being and enjoyment of the city.
Runners join to connect with others, explore Tokyo’s spaces and be part of a welcoming and energetic urban crew. If you want more versions or a shortened entry for your directory layout, I can prepare that too.
SOGO Run Club
SOGO Run Club
Runners can choose between faster or slower groups, which makes the sessions accessible for different levels. Example routes often include loops around Yoyogi Park, the Imperial Palace and themed city runs. The group uses music, playful drills and shared workouts to help participants make friends and explore Tokyo in an active way.
They also host a separate 10K City Run option for those who want a more traditional session. This event covers a 10 kilometer route at about 6 minutes per kilometer and includes a warm-up and cool-down stretch.
With a blend of running, social interaction and approachable fitness activities, Lululemon x SOGO Fun Run offers a lively and welcoming running community in Tokyo.
